We've seen this issue before in some one-off cases, but it has a pretty simple solution. On rare occasions, the installer can get stuck and appear that it is still running.
The easiest way to fix this issue is to go into the Application's folder and drag the RECON LAB application to the trash can. Once inside, empty your trash can and rerun the installer using the "Clean Install" option. This should allow the installer to finish the installation process, and you'll be good to go.
