SUMURI has a lost hardware policy for our software USB and SSD drives for people who need a replacement.

Customers can request a replacement USB for a fee of 25% of the original purchase value. Please reach out to sales@sumuri.com explaining that you lost your drive and need a replacement sent to you. Make sure to include your name, company/agency, and any other information about your order that may help.
