RECON ITR Won’t Take My License. How Do I Proceed?

You may have updated your RECON ITR drive or are trying to install the demo version but cannot get the software to accept your license file. The first thing you need to check is whether or not you are running the application from within the DMG or have copied out the application to your RECON ITR drive.

The most common cause of this issue is trying to run the application from inside the DMG as the license file cannot properly write to the application. Make sure to copy out the RECON_ITR.app from the DMG and place it in the root of your RECON ITR drive. Copying out the application will ensure that the application can move the license file to its appropriate location.
