SUMURI has a lost dongle policy for people who misplace their dongle and need a replacement. Customers can request a replacement USB for a fee of 25% of the original purchase value. Please send an email to sales@sumuri.com explaining that you lost your dongle and need a replacement sent to you. Make sure to include your name, company, and any other information about your order that may help.
